4. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Intellectual Property

AirVoice and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AirVoice and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the platform. By submitting content, you grant AirVoice a limited license to use that content solely to provide the services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirVoice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
